Project Overview
Designed and developed a comprehensive operations management application that integrates scheduling and human resource management, client management and operations tracking, as well as inventory control and data organization. Implemented core business logic to automate workflows and ensure efficient data processing, while structuring and manipulating relational databases to maintain data integrity and support seamless reporting.
The application is fully responsive, secure, and built to optimize operational efficiency across multiple departments.
